My advise don't buy now..cos can still drop to 0.2 cos of the recent pump.. but the current price is still fair..but be ready to buy and forget to make good gain
I know I was mining the pi long tym ago and I stopped. I downloaded the app that same yesterday and saw logging option, I just say let me try, to my surprise, I was able to logging the old account with almost 500pi. Although, I'm not the kind of person that changes password anyhow. I use three different password which I'm always familiar with.

Abadonian wants advice to invest after supporting and continue to support a failed government.

So no investment in developed countries?
Just listen to yourself

At least before 30th I go join your politicians and their children in sane clime where things work.

Where they don't pay terrorist/bandit

Politics of tribe and religion have consequences.

You cannot support a failure and expect free advice to make money from sane everyday people... It's not just possible

In case you don't understand life please pay attention.

In Africa here we practice table manners we don't speak why we eat.

Its foolish to ask strangers for business idea who have no idea of your unique condition/personality.

when you know what you are doing forex can be life-changing..with just that 10$ u can do something...I can give you trades for free and you will see your 10$ grow
Ebubu6:
I lost around 1.2million naira this year to forex. It made me miserable because this year would have been a highly successful one for me without that loss.

Anything concerning stock, crypto, forex , bond, betting, can never be me again.

Especially if e pass 10 $ worth.

Only thing I can use more than 10$ invest in now is physical business like agriculture, or buying land.

Any online investment I'm out of it.

If you want assets that are constantly growing and rarely drop in value, the answer is simple: Land or Gold.

I call them generational wealth builders grin. Just look at the math: a plot bought for ₦1 million three years ago will surely not sell for less than ₦2 million or ₦3 million now. That’s the kind of appreciation you want.
You're right. A plot bought for 5.5m 2 years was recently sold for 18m. It's ROI on real estate maassive.

Stop scaring me please I use my hard-earned money to buy pi this year
I'm not scaring you but to educate people who cares to listen to the fact that these stuff are two edged sword and could draw them to compulsive gambling, idolatry, loss of life savings, love of money, covetousness, greed, fear, high blood pressure and depression. Remember these things are mostly zero sum games which means that another person's loss is your gain. No services or goods but hoping to "hammer" when the coin rises.

AI bubble will soon crash
No issue. No argument. Even the best stocks crash at certain point. Even if it does, it will bounce back. Besides I am not talking about just a particular stock or company. I mean AI generally. People are looking for convenience. Same thing that made personal computers, iPads and become the order of the day. Read about it study all there is to it and make your decision weather AI is the future or not.

Land is good but make sure you buy genuine land o shocked!

If you rush to buy land without proper verification, omoh you are on your own o.

I currently have lands in two locations that are in dispute right now. One is 2 plots and the other is 1 plot.

I don't commit hands for anything land in Abuja and nasarawa state.

A gbagyi man will sell land for you and still proceed to sell the same land to not one but 2 different people and all of you will start fighting each other while lawyers use you to cash out.

Shine your eyes before you buy land o. Except you want to start developing the land almost immediately.
Wow, Abuja natives are something else when it comes to land. I have had a very bad experience too. Right now, I have removed the idea that I have land in Abuja from my mind just for me to have peace within.

You are wrong on the ROI even if we go by dollar value.
A property purchased 10,000 dollars in 2012 at black market rate of 612 Naira is worth not less than ×4 the Naira rate now at 1,462 to a dollar.
At what time in 2012 was USD to naira black Market or Street/parallel rate at 612 per dollar?
When?? Where?

Invest in Expired domain names. You can buy an expired domain name for $9 and resell above $500 after some time. Some times there a fast sale and some times you wait for some time. Check this awareness thread for free details and some of my sales reports.; https://www.nairaland.com/4519087/how-rich-selling-expired-domain
Mr iyke

I've been ignoring this your thread for years now because I feel it's stressful.

But now I'm ready to learn and get into the business.

The thread is quite lengthy but please point me in directions I could start.

Stressful kwa? Or because of the length. Anyway read first five pages over here;https://www.nairaland.com/3430037/what-make-money-online to understand the basics. You will also see a direct link to my private mentorship class currently on via WhatsApp.

But truth be told, you must be ready to read and do research to make consistent income in domain business

This gold you guys are talking about, where can one go to get it?
And how does it look like?
franchasofficia:
Investing in landed properties in Nigeria is no longer a secure investment for the future, especially in Lagos state and some part of Abuja, all thanks to our unreliable, tribalist politicians.

Gold maybe okay if you can store it safely.

Are you trying to say it's not profitable to buy land and keep?
MarketDispatch:
Inflation cuts in too. Someone bought a plot for 9mNaira (365 per dollar ) $21,817 in 2018. Someone else bought it for 30m naira in 2024 (1500per dollar) $20,000 is that gain or loss?
