We need more stories like this to scare men and women. The fear of AIDS has waned.

You'll see men sleep with a girl who is known to be loose. You know your girl is unfaithful but you're still sleeping with her to "teach her a lesson and waste her time" while risking your health.

In the last year, sale of condoms in Nigeria dropped by 55% which means more people are having unprotected sex, including those with multiple partners.

HIV is not a death sentence. More people die from diabetes and malaria.

Malaria and typhoid kill faster and more people than HIV.

HIV is scary because we have made it so. But there are more deadly disease out there.

However, it comes with a burden: the constant need to take drugs everyday for life.

If you don't take your drugs as a hiv positive person, your immune system will crash, and all sorts of viruses, bacteria, and fungi that in the past could not enter your body, because the immune system dey strong gigiba...will enter, and will make you so weak, you won't be able to do anything at all.

There are many ways HIV can be contacted not just through sex.

Clippers, cuts, etc.

You can come in contact with an infected person's blood in many ways and not just through sex.

So, know your HIV Status

Managing a disease is not the same as curing it.
Smallpox,Polio and Syphilis had more aura,until they were curable or preventable by vaccines.

Someone is doing advocacy for people living with HIV. He may be working with an NGO that helps people with HIV and you are here misunderstanding him. Suggesting he's selling HIV medications which is well known to be free.
