[Odds are he philandered (especially as guyman in entertainment industry), maybe there was some domestic violence (most likely initiated by the woman), and him not being a part of the childrens lives this long automatically makes him deadbeat (regardless of what his true intentions might have been)...even Devil go shock for the kin story the woman and her family go cook give those kids.

Make the guy just go start another family, he has tried making it clear he wanted to be a part of this children's lives, hopefully the kids grow to be kind and sensible, and they would be able to determine for themselves what was truly what.

He's not - he's just the stereotypical Nigerian politician who can't survive long enough without personal political patronage and goodwill.

The same thing is playing out at state level if you are involved in such things.

Any politician or activist who has no veritable source of income which can survive without political patronage is a commodity trumpeting himself/herself enough for attention to be bought. The meet at events every weekend and embrace.

It's the rest of us who are naive cursing out ourselves and burning bridges for them, ignoring the issues which matter.
