U should be more worried wat any average team can learn from today's game to hurt u in games going forward
We drew Sunderland that was more competitive than Chelsea and it didn't stop us from trashing Tottenham.

Abeg rest and keep Ur lesson for Maresca. Let him beat those average teams like Brighton first before u go about lecturing other teams.

The players didn't play well today even against ten men bar Declan who has always given classic performance

I hope Saliba and Gabriel come faster cause this Hin-Mos pairing isn't giving top performance maybe due to their first pairing together

December and January games will determine if we'll win the league sha

Unto the next

I think we need to be reasonable with these players and the coaching crew. We got 7 points in one week. When was the last time we had this kind of result? Even the legendary Wenger can't boast of this. Abeg make we rest jo. In as much I was not happy with the outcome but still we need to be human too.

BlueRayDick:
It's quite obvious we can't afford to play a big game without either of Gabriel or Saliba in CB role.

Masquera + Hincapie partnership is not ripe enough to play together yet.

We regularly start our attack from the back; Masquera and Hincapie's immaturity/naivety made it difficult for us to start attack from the back most times. It just looks as if both of them don't know who needs to join attack and who needs to stay back to play the sweeper role. They made it difficult for rice to join attack to the extent that rice had to drop in between them to help them out.

I hope either of Gabriel or Saliba will be available for our matches going forward.
Our next game is on Wednesday, just 3 days from today. I doubt if Saliba will be back, Gabriel M certainly won't be back. We need to make the best with what we've got available.

Going forward, till Trossard gets back Eze should start on the left wing and Martinelli should come in as a sub. He (Nelli) makes better impact as a substitute than a starter

6 years into his reign, same narrative.

Arsenal wins - Arteta is a genius and gets all the glory

Arsenal draw or lose -

Blame the players

Blame injuries

Blame the ref

Blame the competition

Blame yellow card,

Blame opponent’s red card

Blame Pep

Blame owners

Blame Bertha

Blame Edu

Blame ball boy

Blame transfer market

Blame Saka

Blame opposing coach

Blame the weather

A coach who can’t conjure a winning tactic to beat a team that suffered a red card to its most important player in the 38th minute.

Hell we couldn’t even keep possession or build attack. The players looked clueless out there but let’s continue to absolve Arteta of any blame.

The league isn’t won or lost in May. These are important points we are dropping that may come back and bite us.

What if he provided the tactical direction but the players failed to execute? You cannot be blaming one person all the time we lose.

Hell yeah, we didn't even lose.

Inasmuch as we should be beating a 10 man Chelsea at SB, getting a point there isn't a bad result by the time we factor it on the long run.

Every week our competition for top position keeps changing. First it was Liverpool, then City, Last week it was Chelsea. Now it's Man City.

The encouragement we can give our players is to take each game as it comes because when we are always looking at who is behind, we lose sight of what's in front.

I am not seeing this game as drawing against a 10 man Chelsea. I am seeing it as taking a point away to Chelsea. Let Man City go there and take their own if they can.

On the bright side we have gone to anfield, OT, St. James and kolobo bridge losing only at anfield and we are still 5 points ahead, city lost at st james.
Emirates have been our fortress, they won't survive the return legs.

Berta is working for 2 additions in January Mendoza(Rice deputy) and Kenan Yildiz

If they get a deputy for Rice, does it mean Merino will be permanently moved to the frontline? By now everybody can see that Merino thrives better as a 9 than as a midfielder. If that's the case, won't the squad be too congested? I think we might be seeing the exits of some players this coming transfer window

Jesus might go, then juve may also take trossard for yildiz replacement

Trossard is too old to be yildiz replacement. No club will accept that kind of deal and yildiz is valued at €100m by Juventus.

We are now investing in some youngsters, that really good considering how terrible our academy is fairing in league and youth ucl.
I just read we have agreed to sign quintero twins for hincapie former club in Ecuador, one is AM and the other is a winger plus we are expecting another wonder kid from shamrock rovers after losing one to lfc recently

BlueRayDick:
Arteta has zero blame in this game ; Hicanpie and Masquera made his job 100% difficult with their useless yellow cards and their jittery pattern of play.

Rice dropping back to help those two was what stifled our attack and Made it impossible for us to take advantage of the 1 man advantage.

Eze too has been hiding anytime he plays the 10 role. There was a sharp contrast in how he plays and how Odegaard played when he came on. Odegaard was always coming to receive the ball while Eze always hide behind his markers which makes it difficult for him to impact games.

No be today Eze dey do that thing and that's why he's not made much impact in that 10 role bar the Bayern and City games he played those long passes. Eze needs to learn out to call for the ball in a good position; playing 10 is not the same as waiting on the wings for passes to seek u out
God bless you!!!

I really doubt Juve entertain any conversation about Yildiz. He is their most important attacking threat and Juve want to make Europe.

Yea next season, especially if they don't make the UCL after this season. I doubt they can beat Roma/ Inter/ Napoli and to a lesser extent my Milan to the Scudetto this season. The op 4 in Italy is going to be intense this season.

Age is just a number for some players. Trossard doesn't look like one that'll run out of steam by next season. If we need to offload any of the 2 LWs, it should be Nelli
