Nigeria's current Minister of state for Defense is Bello Matawale. The former governor of Zamfara State, between 2019 to 2023. Yes, the same Zamfara that is one of the most terror-plagued states in the northern region.

And yet somehow he and his principal, Mohammed Badaru Abubakar, are responsible for coordinating security operations against Boko Haram, against bandits, against multiple other terrorist groups and militant groups we have across the country. More troubling, as the governor of Zamfara state, he could not control the insecurity in his state. Under his leadership, Zamfara remained one of the most terrorized states in Nigeria. After failing to secure his state as a governor, he was put in charge of securing 36 states, including the FCT.

Must We Tell Tinubu,in the First place?

Both Matawalle and Kwankwaso-were Governors- Zanfara and Kano respectively.
While Zanfara became the hotspots of Terrorists and Kidnappers during Matawalle that he has to be negotiating with these Criminals,but not so with Kano,but you still have terrorists attacking Kano Villages and Suburbs.
Both eventually became Defence Ministers and till today,they Couldn't Eradicate the Terrorists that is making lives Miserables for the Northern States !

So tinubu knew all along that these mattawalle whatever that means and others are linked one way or the other to bandits and still went ahead to appoint them due to politics and let me ask you,do you know how many lives have been lost?
