I just saw a 71yr old patient today and she does 10km runs every 2 weeks. Meanwhile some people thigh dey seize up after a few km.

The last time I went to Ngor Okpala, the driver spent almost 4,000 from Airport to Ngor Okpala junction. Every checkpoint is 500 naira with no explanation.

It is that same place that they kidnapped all the passengers in a bus.

The thing I hate about exercise is that you must do it forever. If you stop, whatever gains you suffered to make in years will return to zero. Complete waste of time if you ask me.

So you must be ready to do it everyday for the rest of your life if you don't want those muscles and biceps to recede.

How is someone with responsibilities to think about going to keep up with that? Even managing to do only weekends(twice weekly) won't stop the reverse to normal.

Honestly, SE shouldn't be having this kind of kidnap reports based on checkpoints alone in that zone. You can't have that number of checkpoints and kidnapping is still going on under their watch.
