Why can't we get tactical surveillance drones that can destroy these criminals without noticing the killing machines. Go to Israel and see what security equipments look like. A tactical drone can live in the sky unnoticed for days waiting for the culprit. But we are here looking for people to recruit when those recruited can't face the criminals

They are not bought off shelf and is not sold principally for cash.

If the drone in this mix bag can stay airborne for 8 hours with wide area coverage, remote controlled from control room rather than be chased about like ordinary kite then it is adequate

Nice one but what are the nothern states doing? I never hear of Kano state security outfit, Zamfara Borno or Kaduna state security outfit.. no modern security equipment or drones purchased.. only civilian task force under the military and community organised vigilante thats not under the governor. This is quite apt.

Lagos State has the Lagos State Security Trust Fund (LSSTF) which was FIRST headed incidentally by the current Governor Babatunde Olusola Sanwo-Olu (an investment banker who rose to the senior rank of a treasurer) right from the 2000s.
