Where I live, they've covered a huge area in just a month. In fact the agent I was in contact with had initially told me it'll be until January before it'll be live, she was shocked when I informed her that they've laid the cables and gone live all under a month.

It lasts approximately 14hrs if fully charged. I can imagine what 50kmah PB will give me. The brand is attached below. Just checked jumia, its no longer available.

Imagine after my subscription date has ended I can still use starlink for days untill I'm able to re new my subscription. No Nigeria network can give you that.

There are quite a number of estates using it in Abuja, including Games village.

Airtel came to my estate in November last year and shared expression of interest forms for us to fill. After filling it and submitted, we didn't hear from them again, little did we know that the exco of the estate informed them that we weren't interested in the service, same thing they said to MTN. I found out yesterday from an MTN staff. Though I will raise this issue in the next Estate meeting, because I don't understand why they're behaving like witches who don't want progress for the estate.

My router has been here for over 3 weeks, not working, they have refused to respond to all queries. Called, visited their office, nothing was done.

They will install for you and disappear.
It's only to advertise they know o . Their service is very very bad. If you have an alternative pls go for it.

It was installed last friday and then activated on Saturday morning.

I used it for an hour or so before it went off.
I call 217 immediately expecting they might send someone over to fix it on Saturday or today. But nothing yet.
The thing is just idle here with the LOS indicator blinking red.

I guess good customer service isn't their priority.
Whats the use of having a good internet only to wait a decade ifor diagnosis is things go wrong?🤔

Really terrible from them.
I've been unable to use mine since Saturday.

Talking to CC feels like I'm talking to robots now.
All of them have been programmed to say the same thing.

Saw thier advert while watching EPL today and nearly swore for them.

The installer guy now cuts my call sef.

I called them out yesterday evening and they requested my details.

Very early this morning, I got a call from an engineer, and he came to diagnose and resolve the issue.

It seems the installer did a bad job.
He pointed out that the fibre wire was stretched too tight at some point.

If you plan on getting Fibrex, make sure you supervise the installation and ensure there is as little tension as possible on the wire, as it is quite fragile.

My Fibrex is now working smoothly!

Installers are the biggest issue, since MTN outsources it. You dey install fiber, you no go carry tool to test for signal.

My sub is expiring in 2 days, Please what is the best way to renew the plan. Den no dey pick 217 again. Or does the auto renewal work if i load into the acct?
