This is not about how much weapons each side produces. It's about how much do they have to spend on weapons, the logistics of getting those weapons to where it's needed and the training required to use those weapons.

Let's start with weapon cost: Does Russia and China manufacture weapons out of thin air?
Are their weapons cheap?
Will they give Venezuela billions of dollars worth of weapons in exchange for nothing?

Next is logistics: if Russia was struggling to get weapons to their troops in their backyard Ukraine, how will they be able to supply Maduro half way around the world?
If China is still struggling to dominate the South China sea in their backyard from the US Navy how do they plan to supply Maduro, who's again, half way around the world?

Some might say but ummm...... submarines. Chinese submarines could sneak up from behind and attack the US Navy. Yeah right, like the US doesn't have anti submarine counter measures like the Poseidon and it's own attack submarines, that are nuclear powered compared to China's diesel electric attack subs BTW. The Caribbean is US backyard, China wouldn't last against them so far from home.

Also, one more thing, do you really think that Russia and China would be willing to directly attack US ships for Maduro?

And finally training: do you know how many months or years it would take to train pro Maduro forces to use Russian and Chinese equipments?

Russia produces weapons for defense. US produces for BUSINESS. US defense firms will shock you with their productivity, as long as money is to be made. The US military industrial complex is supper large! Presently, weapon production is the only industrial sector the US still surpasses China. That's why they can arm multiple allies at once.

Only Russia can match the US in weapons production today, and it's not even 100% match.

Also don't forget that the US goes to war with its squad, she never moves alone
