Nigeria actually has a lot of states that people should normally be able to reside in if not for this insecurity issue, like there was a time last year I seriously considered moving to Akwa Ibom...Calabar is still quite decent, Jos is another nice city, Asaba and Delta environs isn't bad either...Kaduna is another state I've heard good things about, Enugu too, if not for the water issues.

There are states where there's no bank in a whole LGA. You need to journey 3 hours to the capital and back to sort issues.

When I served in Kebbi state, there was only one bank in my Local Government (Keystone). The next Local Government was Shanga...No bank. Then there's Maiyama...No bank. Yauri had only one bank (Polaris)

So if you were debited without payment maybe through the ATM, just make out 2 hours 30 minutes of your time to go to Birnin Kebbi to visit your bank.

There are local government in Nigeria without banks, even in the South.

if you say north then I believe but west and Niger Delta it will be very hard for find a local government without a single Bank. Even in romote villages here they have at least one microfinance bank.
