Melezenawii:Why omit the RED of humongous growth in debt that is more than the concocted green statistics above? If the economy is green with these APC progreThief numbers, then what colour was the economy when deregulation and privatisation PDP capitalists gave us 16 years of widespread prosperity ![]() thisweekng:

Lol, measuring Tinubu against Tinubu .LOL. How convenient. Completely decimates the economy, makes a few cosmetic improvement here and there and then hires soulless animals to sing his own praises . Absolute ludicrous .. One would think a sensible measure of performance would entail a comparison of the country and economy before you took over and now . |

How does these statistics translate to cheaper bag of rice or Cement, or even a kilo of frozen meat in the market? Are Nigerians smiling now than last year? Your statistics is as good as a used tissue paper if the common man on the street cannot feel the positive impact. More work and more work needs to be done and not by flashing numbers in the form of propaganda on the internet. Statisense is runed by APC machines. |

monkautos:Is that not normal practice? Was the previous rate not at one time also rebased? Does rebasing the inflation rate, necessarily mean inflation must automatically come down? Can't it also trend upwards regardless of rebasing? Some criticisms make no sense. |

I totally agreed, it is reflecting in our markets. Bag of big bull rice is now sold for 60k. This is a gradual process. More work for the president and his team. Opposition wants to use artificial security spoil the good of our beloved president. |

Propaganda and lies as usual. Take a trip to the market with a hundred thousand and know if you can buy anything meaningful. Until he takes the dollar back to where he met it and takes thee fuel prices where he met them everything they are saying is just rubbish meant to deceive their unthinking followers. |

Arda1000:Why would you agree that economy is green abroad but refuse that Nigeria own is getting green despite the verifiable statistics ?. Look at these pictures, this was Boston in the US. Will you still say US economy is not strong despite these pictures? What sayest thou afterwards ![]()

Bwilliam:And you expect Nigeria to continue on that path where the Federal Government was subsidising every dollar. Yet, you would be asking the Government to provide infrastructure and make Nigeria to look like Dubai overnight. I agree with the wise man who says "Ignorant people are the most difficult entity to govern" |

Bwilliam:Exchange rate was one dollar to less than 2 naira when shagari the northerner was in charge Shey we should bring him back to power? Also, maintaing that 150 naira contributed to the debt that still haunts us today and nearly drained our forex reserves. The reason why naira is not strong is because all your leaders have been running a resource dependent economy. Including apc and pdp. |

Data speaks and you either acknowledge or debate it with your village people. You know it is always good to appreciate good news irrespective of your political lineage for you can't deny the fact that overall things are looking positive for Nigeria. monkautos: |
