Libya is a country that under Ghaddafi had five million or less people and was producing 5 million barrels of crude per day. That's why Ghaddafi was able to pay for goodies. If the oil ran out, Libya would have been broker than Nigeria. Nigeria can't be like Libya because we were producing 2.2 million barrels of crude per day for 200 million people

Call me when Nigeria, Libya and Burkina do things like investing in education and in attracting industries and investing in vocational and technical education.
