This one think say fancy commercial goods like automobiles and tech gadgets dey more sophisticated than missile and rocket technology.

Automobiles have existed for the past 200 years.

Small countries like South Korea, Sweden, Spain, Algeria and others can manufacture these things but none of them have the capacity to manufacture rockets or space vehicles.

Japan, Canada, South Korea and Australia have tried sending rockets to space but failed. Some exploded before even launch.
