Exactly why he's free. If he's charged for terrorizing, it'll be a different case as that one is constitutionally a crime. It'll then be left for the two parties to prove or disprove. But police suing anyone for walking on the streets as masquerade will not fly because it's not illegal in the constitution.

It depends on how you argue your case in court.
Court case is not a football viewing center gists..oo.
Every ordinary English word in court is subject to interpretation.
If the prosecuting counsel based his argument on the past criminal records of few other ekpo and not the criminality of this particular one with evidence;then the defense counsel based his argument on freedom of religion.
Then the case is as good as the judge adjudicated.
So don't blame the judge.
And besides,there no law in AKS outlawing Ekpo culture.Remember,a mere pronouncement of a governor or even president without any backing of an act of parliament is not a law.
