U can try to justify rape by how it looks, who seduced who, and any condition you can find..
But those who established that minors cannot give consent to rape irrespective of their gender are not stvpid because at child or under age brain level boys and girls and similar....

On a normal day...that's one of the classic rape apologist defence...They paint the victim as an enabler of the crime that happened....its the same defence the perpetrator of the rape use to justify their act.....
