And knowing that the penalty for coup was death, Vatsa's execution was justified. Unless he was set up and innocent of the charges. But findings proved that he was guilty as charged.

Read up your history. Azikiwe was supported to the end by several Yorubas through the crisis. Even his NPP in the 2nd republic was backed by several Yorubas.

Learn to go beyond grandma tales so you can make better judgment. Awolowo's decision is not Yoruba decision, there were other equally strong leaders and they did not always agree.
