I have 400 million in loose change and I want to lock it in a high yield savings account with Fairmoney. I will get around 82 million naira annually and I plan to repeat this for the next five years. Has anyone here done business with fairmoney? Especially with a substantial amount. I'm not business savvy so I don't want to start a brick and mortar establishment. I also don't want any Forex or crypto. I just want to build wealth with low risk. |

HitTheFloor:Fairmoney is safe as they are registered with NDIC but if you feel scared in anyway, then put that money in Mutual funds or index funds as they are both secured investments with guaranteed interest. I have some funds in Fairmoney, Piggyvest & Cowrywise up to 8 digits with larger amounts in Mutual funds Profit income from 5 interest venture... |

I'll advise you to put your money in mutual funds instead of fairmoney. Putting such money with them is highly risky. However, you might do a more due diligence by getting there financial reports and look at the size of their balance sheet. If there balance sheet size is less than N20B, don't put such huge amount of money there. |

Fairmoney is good ...but you know they only have strong online presence and not any physical structure or office. Why don't you invest it in Stanbic IBTC bank money market. It's also 20% annually They also have physical office |

Go to united Capital premium Asset Management. United Capital is an established and renowned Asset Manager linked to UBA plc. You are guaranteed 20% per year. I won't put this kind of cash in fair money. Too risky. |

HitTheFloor:Try and do it with more established financial institutions. You can slit the investment as well. You can also consider money market funds with GTCO or mansard. They have good rates. |

Eyya gone were the days when Fairmoney used to give 30, 29 and 28 percent. i got alot from them. I am still with them with 8 digit figure, most i have been paid the interest upfront coz i did in batches. Majority will mature mid next year. So to the best of my knowledge they are fine and secured. Please diversify into MMF too, there is joy in having multiple streams of income. |

HitTheFloor:Bro, first off, Fairmoney is legit, but don’t ever lock your entire 400m in one place because even the safest platform can stress you. “No put all your eggs for one basket” still remains golden rule If you’re looking for low-risk options: High-yield savings (like what you’re planning) is good Mutual funds / money market funds, steady and regulated Asset-backed investments especially the ones tied to physical, income-producing assets. If you ever decide to diversify a small portion of that money outside fintech apps, there’s a very solid executive-SUV model that gives predictable monthly returns backed by real assets (not crypto, not forex, not brick and mortar stress) I’m currently operating in that space here in Lagos well-structured, insured, with legal agreements and consistent cashflow. If you’re open to reviewing the model, I can share a full breakdown privately. No pressure sha just offering another safe diversification angle |

HitTheFloor:Are you interested in becoming a co-owner of a company functioning in a very lucrative industry with low competition and low risk? Average companies in the industry make around $5m per month. About 60million Nigerians patronize the industry daily, making about 2billion Naira in daily revenues across the industry. I have attached some brief information from KPMG below. We can talk privately about this if you're interested.

HitTheFloor:Hmmm except you are worth 2billion and this is at most 20% of your networth. It's not safe for a non sec regulated platform. Very very high risky. Think of the security of your principal not just the juicy interest. Don't take a risk you may not recover from. If 400m is only 20% of your liquid networth then I can understand. |
