When royal father's were killed in IMO State...a statement was made by a survivor. The igwe said specifically that he and his contemporaries were having a meeting, which was adequately covered by the NIGERIAN Police, do you know that after a call was made and they withdrew their protection, gunmen came in and shot and killed the royal father's.

That same template is everywhere now. The question is this, who instructs troops and officers to withdraw from secure locations and immediately Terrorists strike and the government is quick to call it IPOB-ESN as regards the SE.
