Yes Nigeria is a member of the UN and were you told that the UN has any agreement to go in to assist in terms of a coup.

Benin is a member of ECOWAS and AU. One of the benefits of member ship is support in times like this. They don't need to wait for permission before giving auport.
And for your education, a coup and terrorism are two different things.
