If you mean flying planes, building cars, building skyscrapers, etc. Anyone and everyone can do that if you devote your attention to the pursuit of such ventures. Of course it is convenient to fly from Lagos to London in about 6 hours than riding a Camel for months but one thing you lots failed to realise (especially Christians who usually asked this question) is that being able to get to London in 6 Hours before my Camel will take months doesn't necessarily make your life any better than mine or anyone. Living in a duplex or a mansion doesn't necessarily make your life a better one than those who stay in a room and parlour. If it were so, Jesus of Nazareth won't be trekking barefoot and also instructing his disciples to carry no bag, bare footed, and care little for this world. Yes, those things are good and fancy on the eye, but as a Muslim and person of faith, it doesn't really matter. If you devote your time to it, you will surely get it at some point in life.
2. The Chinese and Japanese are not Christians yet. We all know what is being produced in those spaces.
3. It is okay if you don't believe in a God. That's no skin of my nose, but to vilify people who do is a no-no.
4. Civilization meet and get knowledge off each other. 1000 years ago, in Europe it was a Taboo to have a birth while here in Africa we developed Soap for washing etc.
