When you click on contact Starlink support in your Starlink app, the first line of contact is grok ai. It’s only when it cannot find a solution to your problem, that’s when it will link you with a real person for further assistance.

Thanks oo. Starlink gen 3 make sense, just that one has to source for the mount from temu or Aliexpress unlike the gen 2 that has everything in the box from factory. If your gen 2 is still working perfectly, I see no reason in wanting to get the gen 3.

Not in a rush. I've gen 2 and 2 extra routers making it 3 routers. So even if one spoils it'll be replaced except the main dish spoils. I get 300-460+mpbs and very ok with it. I was only curious how people got their free replacement

Don't watch epl matches from popular tv stations. They often buffer.
I go to tv stations like in Serbia or Portugal and they don't buffer all match on iptv

The guy you quoted said Serbia and Portugal. The major sport channels I know in Serbia is Arena sport 1, 2 , .....etc , while in do Portugal is Sport TV 1,2,3 4 and DAZN.
But you can still try Arabic starzplay and Turkey Channels call Sport 1, 2.
But I think some of these channels are only accessible by paid IPTV users

I deeply appreciate your input. Sure, i was very aware he said Serbia and Portugal Sports Station. As a IPTV subscriber, you will be aware that there can be multiple Sports Stations that do not air these top 5 leagues matches...

I disabled my Arabic Starzplay cos they majorly show Serie A matches. I will definitely be watching out for those sports stations you mentioned , especially the reliable DAZN....

Borrowed a gen2 router yesterday and linked as mesh wirelessly to the mini. Now, speed is so much better. I get the speed that previously I could only get if I stepped out of the house.

This is my plan too. Gen 2 or Gen 3 router as wireless mesh node for my Mini. How's the range like with the Gen 2 router (especially for the 5ghz band)?

I'm not sure how you mean sha but the gen2 router does not create a new network but extends it. Before now, while inside the house my devices choose the 2.4ghz but now, all are on 5ghz and signal is full around the house (3 bedroom)

Arena sport(Croatia and Serbia)
Digi sport (Romania)

I use Arena sport premium a lot. Those Serbia channels don't buffer as such

Both of us are facing the same issue. My walls want to finish me, sometimes the WiFi strength will be so poor in my phone that even to get 10Mbps will be like winning a Gold medal in olympic.
Sometimes I will begin to wonder if it's the same starlink other are using is what am also using or Elon musk sent me Temu starlink.
My saving grace is just the ethernet cable that I connected straight from the starlink to a their party router in my sitting room

With mini, a 3rd party router is the way to go. It was like that for me before I got a router. The internet outside was way better than inside the house.

Apart from sky sport, Bein and USA channels most of the rest don't do commentary in English. Most of the English channels buffers alot.
A crystal clear hd, Buffer-less, non English EPL channels is ok for some other persons. Afterall if you go to the stadium to watch live match, there will be no commentary at all sef
