I say make I test run am yesterday, I no fit accept a single trip.
If I am not mistaken, I ignored over 15 trips yesterday alone.
Omoh, I just closed am and switched to my indrive jéjé.

I know na. I sleep overnight too, but not more than a night. There was one street off admiralty road that I pulled up to one night...omo, see uber cars, suzuki boys parked left and right sleeping. I saw some drivers in boxers with buckets of water and toothbrush in hand...

Between 6am-11, I don do 13 short 2k trips, park motor, till 3/4 when rushing hour go come, then I can do long trips to complete my 15 trips to get Uber 42k bonus on 15 trips😂

But to dey hide from VIO, Road safety, sometimes,some police go delay person unnecessarily. Na why I said goodbye to Mainland Uber hustle oo

If na that one mainland wahala too much, you may be driving on the island without driver's license foe a very long time without anybody asking you.

The experience is same. You'll be angry with Bolt and Indrive and turn on your Uber app only to be angrier by the long distance pickup, same request coming multiple times, and ridiculous prices.


I don't even have any bonus on Uber. So, nothing is encouraging to use their app.

The fact that Bolt can block a driver because of an unverified report by a rider is disheartening.

I accepted a ride but changed my mind on embarking on the trip. When it seems to the rider that I have delayed in showing up, he cancelled and reported that I asked for an offline trip, which I never did.

Some of these riders are evil. They know the reason to report and get the driver penalised by useless Bolt.

This business is not fun at all.

Well, I transited from corporate job to E-hailing. So early rise na normal thing for me.
But now, I choose when to work and when not to with better take home pay.

But I can't just move because of E-hailing that I can stop anytime , I have other things doing.

You know where people have issues with Uber.

Comot eyes from their commission.

By the time you're accepting the ride, the next few that shows on your screen is your money.

They'll charge the rider their commission.

If to say they have a way of getting their commission without passing through you, you won't have issues.

If the trip no pay you, don't accept.

1. Times of traffic.

Imagine you're using indrive and already agreed on a fixed price, then the unforseen happens, and a trailers falls on the express, and you spend 3 hours in traffic, will you be begging the rider to put money ontop? With Uber, they automatically increase the price of the trip the more time you use on the road.

2. Bonuses

Bonuses on Uber are more mouth watering and you can collect the bonus money immediately (cashoit is instantly), not like with Indrive where you have to use the bonus money to pay indrive their commission.

3. Generally better prices.

I uses the two, and forget that Uber gets ridiculous commissions, but your own money is still high compared to money you get for same trips on indrive.

The only bad part of uber is the long pickup points, but that's already put into consideration when calculating the money you get per trip.

God help you, this is the perfect time to have a car. The prices I carried on Sunday was scary to me on their behalf. Use Bolt and Indrive. That's the car I use too for this hustle and mostly on weekends.

I don't understand why people complain about the long distance pick up, must you pick every order that come to your screen?

Guys oh, abeg... Last year December by this time, tins never start to dey hot? Abi i don get amnesia, app too dry for 10th December na abi is it normal? Na so e happen last year? Cus last year i started driving 16th December and it was sharp... What is supping this time around ?
