There's no public record of poverty rate by state by world bank in 2025. In fact, world bank projected that up to 139 million Nigerians will be in poverty before the year ends, no thanks to Tinubu's babablu governance. In summary, Tinubu is the president of more than 139 million poor Nigerians.

immaculatesense:I don’t blame you, most of us who have traveled to different parts of the country know that aside From North East the next place you will see people living in abject poverty is South West, when I say abject poverty I mean the kind that doesn’t have hope. No kind of sugar coasting or self deceit can fix that |

immaculatesense:Came to hustle ke. Keep living in denial. The truth is that a significant number of people in this country are living in poverty. Most of those people are the indigenes. Last time a UK rapper referenced the begging at the Island. |

Arda1000:Its just like telling an American to come to Nigeria to witness another kind of good life. Is that not ironic? How will someone live Ogbomosho and go to Afikpo. Why? When people from all over the East are coming to Ogbomosho to seek greener pasture. No Be Juju Be Dat? |
| Re: Nigeria's Poverty Divides - North & South- World Bank by immaculatesense(m): 8:30pm On Dec 10, 2025 |
Arda1000:Is just like Nigerians saying that America is the worst country in the world and they can't stop going there to seek greener pasture. Is that not Ironic? I hope you can connect that analogy between the South East and the South West. South West is worst they say but can't stop coming in droves to seek greener pasture they can't get in their region. No Be Juju Be Dat? |
| Re: Nigeria's Poverty Divides - North & South- World Bank by immaculatesense(m): 8:33pm On Dec 10, 2025 |
BondRiv:Are you people not coming to the West on a daily basis to seek for greener pasture? It's like Nigerians saying that UK is the worst country but they can't stop seeking greener pasture there. I hope you can connect the dots between the East and the West in that analogy. West is this and that but all statistics and una hustle to come here on a daily prove otherwise. No Be Juju Be Dat? |

The table is turning. The northerners have been the most benefactors of the Nigeria's resources yet they are the poorest. The southerners have been the least benefactors of the Nigeria's resources yet they are the richest. Magic or what? |
