Adam and Eve were created to live in the garden of Eden as youths forever so the idea of growing old or dying doesn't occur to them neither does Eve's beauty diminish one bit.
It was rebellion that caused their oldage sickness and finally death.
So whoever wants to live forever in God's Kingdom must continue to see his or her partner the same way you met him or her before you agreed to become husband and wife because in Paradise you and your spouse will not grow older neither will any of you have a reason to cheat therefore those practicing such things should find a way to end it now because God will not permit suffering, pain or tears in Paradise of course you know that cheating do lead to heartbreak and surely those causing it can't be citizens in a place where God doesn't want His worshipers to feel pain of any kind! Revelation 21:2-3
