So how come has same poverty rate with North Central?

Ever green without water?

How ?

Abi it's those who came to hustle that seize the water?
So, what do we drink after meals?
Palm oil or sand?
We don't run community boreholes in SW, at least it is not common like in Ezza North where I served, because here in SW, each house has it own well, pumping machine or personal boreholes. And for few houses that do not have, others who do do supply them water.
SW is not a desert nor near a desert. How would you think such an environment will experience drought or lack of water.
Open you brains na.

Behavioral wise our culture is impeccable.

self deceit seems to be a peculiar characteristic of an average Yoruba.
So Yoruba are not emptying themselves in South East?
Worse is that your people coming here, has no economic advantages to us,most are agbo or traditional herbalist guys.
Check places with Igbo majority in Yoruba land and check places without Igbo majority and tell me what you observed
