Trump needs to have this type of report so that they can change some of their policies. Do you know that there are restrictions placed on how, when and where some of the military hardware that we bought from them can be used? The tocano helicopter that we bought has stringent conditions on usage attached to it.

There are some that we want to buy but they refused to sell. The public don't know these limitations.

it's so sad, but it's actually the age-long preached wrong indoctrinations, by our largely ignorant pastors, teaching us to love our enemies even more than our friends, to always forgive whatever offence we encountered as christians, that self-defense is a sin against God, because we expected God to always fight for us, against our enemies. that our warfare is not carnal but spiritual, yet our GOs cruise around with top-notch securities.
All these wrong beliefs have reduced christians to vegetables to the jihadists terrorists, bandits and every other beasts.
but the bible never condemned self-defense, because king David fought serious wars in his life time, yet the bible called him a man after God's heart.
