Beans don cheap now and garri. Cook the beans make sure e watery while its still on fire nack am garri put and turn it. Makes sure garri no too much cos no be eba. You just keep pouring it till you get that tough mixture. Off fire!
Get 2 Sachets of water and fire down!!
If you dont smoke nor take alcohol youll be good.

It has side effects though. Your larger intestine abi small intestine will have alot of work preparing it to smooth excreta, because the food is too solid. Particles from it may block your appendix, leading to surgical operation.
