“But Ooni went there, stood there and said ‘remove all of them. Let the gods come and talk to me’. Your Royal Majesty, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart because without that singular act of yours, I don’t think we would have been able to build the refinery,” Dangote stated.

Even Alhaji Aliko Dangote knew how to give unto Caesars what is Caesar's.
Ooni didn't ordinarily go and "stood there and said" like every person will do o.

There were loads of spiritual preparations, fortification and consultations to enable him exercise his authority as a god and Chief Priest in the Yoruba religion to give that aṣe. It is believed that only he has such authority over all the shrines in Yorubaland.

I am sure they did more than "remove" the shrines to help him so that that land bless his endeavor. Alhaji Dangote loves the land and the Yoruba and he respect his Yoruba hosts. That's why Yorubaland in turn blessed him phenomenally.

Whoever directed him to Ile-Ife, the cradle of the Yoruba, and to personally request the Ooni , really adviced him very well. That's the value of having wise people around you.

If Alhaji Aliko Dangote didn’t disclose this, many people will not even know wink

I can't wait to read the memoirs of Alhaji Aliko Dangote on his complex challenges in building that monumental industrial complex.

I am very proud of him. Thank you Oonirisa for helping Alhaji Aliko Dangote recieve the blessings from that land.

May God continue to bless Nigeria.

There are territorial spirits that exercise dominion over physical domains.

The Christian Bible recognizes this.

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood.

Omo Ina lan ran si Ina.

As the official custodian of all the yoruba dieties, the Oni Orisha is well within his rights to dismantle their physical portals and implore the spirits to relocate for the good of the humans in that domain.

The Spiritual world is a highly legalistic space.

That's why people like Ooni are best left alone and not invited into Christian spaces. You go think sey because na flesh and blood not knowing that he is a sorcerer.
I love how you have written this!

Haba... Go and read about it, Amosun denied them the land in "Mokola" or something. The news was everywhere.
OK..yes, you are right. Amosun also had controversies surrounding it. Thanks for the awareness.
Didn't know about Ogun state involvement.

However I think we're both right kinda.
Seems the Free Trade Zone cuts across both states with both states as shareholders.

If he couldn't remove the shrine, China or Indian would have done the job. Don't hype the man even those agberos in Lagos can remove the shrine if they are informed and given money
If you think critically about it, you would understand that there won't be any need to call upon Ooni in Ile Ife when those Agberos, China and India are very close to the site in Lagos.

But they call upon Ooni for a reason!!

Ooni is a god, he can talk to his fellow gods. Under rate him at your own peril. Ask Oba Tupac Akiolu of Lagos what happened to him when he underestimated Ooni, this is why I am sorry for that kindergarten clown called Aladdin of Oyo who had been underestimating the Ooni, I hope he will be able to beat the shame that the god (Ooni) will put him (Aladdin) to.
You are right na gods in human form
There must surely be a human to represent the gods
Same way Jesus Christ represents God

Lol.. Of course they would have removed it anyways but dangote knew the implications of doing so without proper consultations.

He is a businessman with big businesses all of the country and Africa, he must have seen alot and understand what it means.

If it were biafrans that such things happened to, ipob/ESN will instead chase away Dangote or used that act to siphon money by scamming Dangote for more money to appease the powerless gods

It is not ooni that should be giving that order tho. Even tho it's a welcome development.
That is a territorial region and awujale has the compelling power to give others to isese people.
I'm just trying to clarify it to you that the awujale seat is also a sacred seat of power in ijebu

Why didn't you ask China or India to remove them?

You'll learn the hard way as usual

The Ooni is the 401ist of the Irunmale. He's an Orisa. He's the only one who can do that without repercussion.
Stop hyping the man, bandits are kidnapping in their axis but doing nothing about it, irumole my foot

I don’t think it’s necessary to take Ooni to that site. Those shrines belong to some ppl but that Tyrant and greedy billionaire won’t like to settle them. He bypassed them and use power to remove the shrine

You are clearly not from Yoruba land. We don’t call our kings name. We prostrate to them and respect them. And if you are from Yoruba land then you are clearly an Omo ale. It’s only an Omo ale that will use his left hand to describe the house of his father to a stranger.
Well said.

Oonirisa is not a mere HR sign you see on the door of several office . E get why you must sojourn into the Mythical., euphemistically tagged "Blessed forest " for days before you become the god's second in command and no illegitimate person can survive any attempt to steal the throne at the forest's fortifications stage . Hope the family heads of the next in line family to produce the Awujale are listening. . . . .
We pay deep obeisance to the Oonirisa , the god-king .
