Time was created 24 hrs wen you divide it to thee you get 8hr for work 8hr for rest and 8hr for relationships (family, friends, religion, sport etc) some people use 20hrs for work, some time ago If I sleep above 6hr I start to feel sick, like my body was never ment to rest

When I go to buy greens, the way I see these boys buy colos, you'd think it's cigarettes. (Most of them are under 25)

I stumbled on a video on Instagram where an ndlea official was adviciing young people in a community outreach to smoke igbo instead of colos,, and he's right.

It's time we face reality. The war on marijuana is a lost war.

Can't seem to kick the phone addiction, even though I know I should. I think of any addiction as basically being a slave to something. You're always itching to serve that 'master.' Realizing this early on has actually been super helpful for me.
