You as the current owner do not have a choice if its govt policy but when you hand over the physical building and equipment what of the rest? The building and equipment is only a small part of the business

You are overreaching. They are simply asking for the billionaires to be taxed more. In a world were others are homeless and starving some are buying yachts. People will always call out wealth discrepancies and rightly so.

They have the same 24hrs as everyone else in the world. Why punish them? Should we also say those who got first class in school should share some of their marks for everyone in class

Billionaires worked for their money and are free to buy anything they want with it. If you want the benefits that come with being a billionaire create what the Billionaires create. Human beings will always pay for anything that brings value and scarce.
