These creeps are also using portable drones now. He should have been silent on it instead of saying the calls "bounced off towers". That's not how Telecoms work. The telecom provider is exclusively responsible for routing calls. The Mobile Equipment (cell phone) has absolutely no capability to determine how calls are routed by "bouncing" them through multiple towers
