When we think about how we disapprove of Tinunu character voting against him in Osun and Lagos, we must also ask ourselves: apart from Yoruba leaders which other Nigerian leaders have moved the country forward economically? The answer if we want to be sincere is other leaders brought their own people in to ravish Nigeria's wealth unlike Obasanjo that used every ethnic group to move Nigeria forward economically. So much was expected of Jonathan because of his background, he went back to parochial interest after the North and South elected him for first term. Even worse, he left Nigeria Delta environment worse than he met it. |

nobaga:That's why a lot of your people hate Obasanjo and love Tinubu because Tinubu is an ethnic supremacist and OBJ is not, even one of your Obas called OBJ an Igbo man, secondly Igbos have not ruled Nigeria for over 50 years and the only time an Igbo man ruled was not more than 8 months, so pack all the blames of the destruction of Nigeria on other regions that have ruled since then.. Lastly don't console yourself with this write up, Tinubu is a Yoruba president why? Because he played the worst form of tribal politics ever known to Nigeria and that may rub off on all Yorubas both now and in the future though not all Yorubas support him but because he used the the Yoruba tribe to play politics then the rub off might go round, then instead of him even to even show workings as a tribal leader he is still performing badly, imagine some of your people rejecting Osinbajo for Tinubu and calling him Odale. Doesn't it show that those your people just wanted as ethnic champion as president and not a president who will work for everyone, Osinbajo will have being a bit similar to OBJ and some of your people did not want that... they wanted an ethnic champion |

You should be ashamed of yourself for writing that Igbo only ruled the country for 8 months. Ask your history teacher who has form Alliance with the North before and after Independence to rule Nigeria. Ask about Igbo domination of Jonathan's and Obasanjo's cabinets. The Tinubu you hate so much, could he be the same one you colluded with to replaced Speaker Olubunmi Etteh to install Tambulwa? Brendaniel: |

banku:All these conspiracy fallacies without proper facts, anything some of you see 1 Igbo man involved in becomes Igbos domination agenda, abeg carry your nonsense theory and throw inside thrash, so Igbo domination and alliance has never produced any president but Yorubas and the north that you are not accusing have produced president, the same Tinubu used his mouth to say he went to plan and form alliance with Buhari to make him president so that he can become president, we've seen the result of that partnership today, then you say Igbos dominated OBJ and GeJ's cabinet and that was when Nigeria made progress the most since 1999, can we say the same when northerners dominated in buhari's time and now that Yorubas have dominated it? Take your thrash and dump in the dust bin...

I think we need to give Tinubu time to fully actualize his agenda. Its too early to judge him when he just started implementing his plans. |

I wonder why everyone forgets so quickly. This man campaign was solely based on tribalism. “Yoruba lokan”. He cleverly sold that to many Yorubas and they bought it due to the tribalistic nature of some of them. He is the first president that would campaign solely based on tribalism. |

Sheuns:The funny thing is Tinubu is just ruling for his personal benefit. He's not helping yoruba people. Can you compare the benefits northerners get when they are ruling to the benefits Yoruba people are getting from Tinubu. When I talk they'll call me igbo. I can't be supporting a president that's not impacting the life of the people just because he is my tribe |

The thread is not about Tinubu but how other Nigerian leaders have failed their people. Why the unnecessary distraction? |
