Regarding the first bolded statement; Peter Obi was involved in the 2021 Pandora Papers investigation, which revealed he had undeclared offshore companies (one named Gabriella Investments Limited after his daughter, in the British Virgin Islands a Caribbean tax haven, not South America). DYOR Okpo!

He admitted to not declaring these assets to Nigeria's Code of Conduct Bureau while in office, violating Nigerian law on asset declaration and foreign accounts for public officers but the Pandora Papers did not accuse him of stealing public funds.
