Even course 45 (Gen obasanjo) are still brigadier generals with one year to go (promoted 2022)

Brigadier General should not be an ADC to the president the rank is above such duty and hence make the military a baby sitter

It is not a fitting position for a General, Colonel yes but not a General. Basically a boy boy position standing like a statue behind your principal, but a very lucrative position. GEJ ADC became a billionaire from that position.
