Every state has men known to them, their indigenous people, southern Nigeria must reject any sinister plan to bring outsiders into our midst in the name of vigilantes or forests guards.

Federal government must use indigenes of states to protect their state, they know the terrain.

We should stop acting like people that want to destroy themselves,even animals don't do that.

NSA didn't recruit the vigilantes. Kwara State recruited the vigilantes, and they were registered with the NSA in accordance with the law. The State was accused of arming bandits, the NSA cleared the state that they were vigilantes, and they were registered with the NSA by the State.
The state was the accused in this case. This is NSA defending the state.

It is getting clearer by the day that there is an agenda and I dare say an expansionist agenda by some elements in this country that see indigenous security as a threat.

We are not ready to "Federate' this country. And at he rate we are going we will end up a fiefdom, a nation of sectarian rule and ownership.

The United States obviously has information they are withholding about underground schemes of territorial subjugation. Since it's pronouncements the killings on the eastern flanks of the country from Plateau through Nassarawa to Benue has gone silent. A coincidence? But has erupted across the mid to west belt. Now this. There is an agenda. This is beyond criminality. Nigerians should wake up and demand for the security of there homelands. The trust of the centre as a neutral partner in serious doubt.

People should ask for the police they themselves will control to protect themselves.

4. Why is it that the NSA has not armed the Hausa Yan Sakai Vigilantes fighting bandits in Sokoto and ZAMFARA, the Amotekun in the SW, the Agunechemba in the SE, but now arming Fulani "vigilantes" in Kwara?

I wonder why some clown and saboteurs will be talking of politicking when lives are being lost, it defies common sense.

Life is the most important thing, we need state police to protect lives, protection of lives is number one on government priority, it is above any other considerations...so if state and local police can help us stop this jihadists infiltration and terrorists killings and kidnappings, why are the governors not starting it, when Tinubu already gave the green light...we have the wrong people as governors.

Tinubu has not done anything about state police..........its establishment must be done as an act of parliament! We can abuse privileges but State police is a must! The FG must fund it by reducing its shareholders of state revenue!

I find it very interesting that the ONSA is now admitting to giving arms to vigilantes. I thought the Kwara Governor was just trying to play politics.

Is it not the same thing that we have been saying all along?

This is good because it exonerates the Kwara state state government from any suspicions of sponsoring the banditry. This should be spread all through the nation as well and be well monitored for effective results.
