This is not correct. The IQ test is the best measurement of what is referred to as "general factor" by psychologists that we have available today. This "general factor" in turn refers to a cognitive trait that seems to give higher scorers an advantage in any task that requires any intellectual exertion, for example, solving puzzles, creativity, practical skills, excelling in education/business, gaining wisdom over time, emotional intelligence and even making money. This "general factor", in the field of psychology, is THE working definition of intelligence.

Apologies but cheap narratives that promote pop psychology and various imaginary "intelligences" will not be enough to supplant over two centuries of established science.

This list is obviously not proof of anything cos It’s skewed by whether or not it’s been used in said country or not, even the frequency of use and caliber of people tested is a factor. As for Nigerians how many of us get tested? China is number 1 because even some primary schools there use IQ tests to as a factor for admission.

When grading IQ,average life expectancy matters.
America is a country driven by money and control, nothing else matters.
The health of an average American is in shambles irrespective of the fact that they have money and best hospitals.
Their food industry is nothing to write about.

These other countries, look at their quality of life.
Look at what they eat. Look at how they view and live life. Not on the fast lane. How do the govt help the people and lead their people. They add up all these.

The data is not saying there are no intelligent people with I.Q of 110 on African continent, no.
What it's saying is the majority of people on the continent falls below 97 I.Q.

When u look at state of affairs on the continent considering all factors, it's very hard to dispute the data, very hard.

Also, China is the country producing the highest number of engineers globally currently.

They are also the most manufacturing country in the world right now with over 30% of global industrial manufacturing coming from China.

China has inched the US in most parameters and are at a faster progressive rate, while the US in status has a declining commitment in most parameters relatively.

Ok, no sincere scientist will propose that our state of understanding of intelligence is complete, indeed, a field of science that is completely understood does not exist. Be that as it may, the established scientific knowledge on intelligence is the best that humanity has at the moment, and this is so because this knowledge can be demonstrated with data.

Regarding the prospect of newer ways to evaluate general intelligence, know that you are absolutely correct in this assertion. It has been shown that ECG(mapping brain activity) can be processed in such a way that a reliable measure of the general factor can be obtained, and this is but one of many such modern ways.

It is perfectly natural to be biased against the "established science" of IQ, while we all have an intuition of what constitutes intelligence an exact definition of this trait is actually quite ambiguous. The "general factor" is really a concept that scientist have to settle for just to be able to engage in a meaningful conversation on the nature of intelligence.

Today, it’s the opposite, it’s mostly Chinese researchers driving R & D and innovations in the US especially the IT field. Take AI for example, large percentage of the researchers in the US working on all these popular LLMs are chinese

These guys would finish from Perkins or Tsinghua University University to do PHD in the US, then Google, NVIDIA or OpenAI will snatch them.

Your points are true but I am talking about reversing the baylonia effect. For ages, humans eere divided by languages. Even in the bible, skillset and expertise level varied from location to location. What USA has done is to take humanity to pre-babylonia era where nothing was impossible to humanity. These other guys like rissia and china are smart on a personal level but America is miles ahead of them

This is why i urge people to listen to people like Rudolf Steiner and Mainly P Hall and Bobby Hermit on youtube to get a better idea of the nature of your existence
