They always do verification of the source of fund. Illegitimate fund source disqualify you immediately and most South Easterners billionaires finds that very difficult to come out clean. Besides, there is difference between billionaire in dollars and billionaire in Naira. At this stage, money no be water again but innovation, creativity, intelligence and value adding strategically products marketing.
