We don't need the body but the brain now the brain and body ain't working. You invited France to help you collect taxes from poor citizens but you rejected US assistance to help fight insecurity ravaging the poor citizens. |

Yes, borrow ! Make sure you increase the revenue as well, possibly in a geometric progression ! Only fools will not borrow. Lazy thinkers focus on status quo and afraid to borrow, because they can't think of increasing income. Nigeria will drastically increase its revenue with the man in charge. The worst leaders are status quo leaders. |

All because we rely on oil whose prices need to be as high as 150 dollars before we see returns for the buck Also all because tax to gdp is 13 percent . Lower than Nigeria republic. But somehow we can magically live like the UK and Europe on a budget less than 60 trillion naira. Nigerians, both government and antigovernment supporters want the government to share money so that they can live like the Joneses in America without paying the Joneses tax and loans ![]() We borrows because 80 percent of our income comes from oil. And because trying to live the good life without fighting corruption and without extensive taxation is an invitation to more and more borrowing. Someone is now going to say I am agbadoe ![]() |

I have nothing against taking loans as long as usage or input match output. However, where a nation is piling on debts with limited developments and low industrial growth, then it becomes seriously troubling. |

PBAT governance is a recklessness that is wrestling against flesh and blood. Nigerians go suffer. They can borrow to fund their lifestyle |

nairalanda1:We will turn the tide of our income with the man in charge, i am positive of that. Even if he fails to block leakages, that is easier work for another administration to handle, by the way that leakage block is a work in progress. Nigerians are a reflection of the leaders and are the ones creating leakages in connivance with elected politicians. Check the ministries budgets presented by various ministries, and the elected representatives to oversee budget presented.. |
