Exxon and Total pays more, talk about 150m per annum.

Capping, average of 3.6m per annum

Not capping, Nigeria earning such are not much. I know a lot of expatriates (mostly Indians) earning $5000 and more in Nigeria. That $5k nothing go reduce am. Make exchange rate be N2k, it must complete.

An entry level staff in Nigerian banks (not contract)earn between 500k to 650k per month...a mid level manager earns up to N2mn.

Salary workers are not as poor as being depicted online!

Lol. Don't mind that guy. I don't think any entry level employee earns that much in any bank in Nigeria. I don't know about the IT guys though.

343k was 2 years ago, most banks have increased their pay at least once or twice in the last 2 years.

In response to your first question; Wema, Providus, Premium Trust, UBA etc pay more than 500k for their entry level staff.

There are premium graduate trainee’s job position that earn between 1.5 - 2.5million naira monthly in Nigeria. Those positions are not put out there in public space, they’re strictly given out by Vvip slots.

The irony of it is that some employees within the firm or institution or industry might not know about the existence of the vacancy until they start seeing new faces. That’s how they become aware that vacancy existed

I am afraid to tell people my salary and job title.


Even my mom does not know what i do for living, all she knows her son is always in front of a screen 24/7.

The starting salary for most IOC's is around $100k-$115k pa. Most of them pay based on global standard.
