Worse president is better than no president at all.

Muhammadu Buhari. All the ‘kwaraption’ he fought, we didn’t see the impact. Bola Tinubu is still on sit. After his tenure, he might be the worst.

Tinubu is clearly the worst president that Nigerians have had to endure

For going to vex the world’s only superpower, I think we can give it to Bob Emilokan.

No clear path or policies to redirect Nigeria to sustainable development. And for always being distant from the cries of those he governs. His policies are harsh and he wouldn't even put cushioning effects in place and would never even offer any sort of consolation. He just strikes you and goes away uncaring and unmoved how you take it.


Buhari is next. He is better than tinubu because he had policies and a path even if the were poorly thought of... but he had a plan eg ending corruption. But the problem with his government was poor implementation of his policies.


Jonathan scores very low on my list and I'm even tempted to score him the worst. Because I think he lost control of his own government at a point. But he did many things that redeemed him.


Obasanjo is the best civilian president so far. Firmly in control of his government. Good policies. Implementation was standard. Had technocrats in his government. Did a good job of handling government even though Nigeria had many challenges at the time and was just returning from military rule.

Obasanjo has his short comings. But I think if we're were fortunate to have had a successor that built on his positive achievements we wouldn't have been at this stage of our development as a country.


Yaradua was president for too short a period to fully Access and grade his government. Maybe if he had also stayed longer in power Nigeria would have had a different tragectory from what it is today. His government also seemed promising!

Any serving president will always be a worst president

No president has been good for Nigeria, including the ones in the options above

But right now, if you want to be fair, it is tinubu because he has done nothing to improve on the previous presidents.
