Please house my PC ,HP core i7 I left for 6 months and travel without using it, the screen is not showing again but it was good before I traveled. It is oning and the backlight is showing too .Please what could be the issue? |

maxkenny:For that; you need to escalate the issue and find a technician that will troubleshoot and resolve the issues. You may need to grant permission for your laptop to access your webcam under privacy. Then, for the WiFi; Go to device manager and check if the driver is appearing there. Also go to network adapters option to check if the adapter is disabled. If after checking these options it persist, open the laptop and examine if the wires that connect the adapter hardware is properly connected and in place 1, 2 or black, white. Then replace with another network adapter. |

ChengHun:It can be a coincidence, the keyboard was already bad before. Now, a faulty keyboard can make your mouse not to work. The best thing to do is replace the keyboard. 1 Like |
