I was at Obeakpu today on farmland enquiries.
Where is Ndoki? Is it after Okoloma? If so, is Ndoki electrified by the Afam Power Plant/is there electric poles extended up to Ndoki? How much per plot of 100x100 size?

It baffles me that one can hardly find suitable government owned farm lands in Rivers and Delta state like we have in Lagos and most of the western states. Why?

Maybe I have not gotten the right information. Government can really get a lot of people employed through this means.

Maybe that's not the interest of the government. Here in the west, there are many areas of land marked for agriculture, there are also areas for residential and also mixed use.

It has to be!
That is one area where I respect the West so much.

Every local government in each Southern state is suppose to have at least an industrial area, a medical center and agricultural estate. Maybe I am not seeing this properly.
