I wanted to make this comment but you've beaten me to it.

The sanctions on Iran are supposed to prevent them from generating revenue from oil sales. And smuggling counts as oil sales because it's not like the Iranian manufacturer gave away free oil to the smugglers, the smugglers paid the manufacturer for the oil which is classified as revenue from oil sale which the sanctions are supposed to prevent.

Or do the propagandists on this thread truly believe that the US would violate it's own sanctions an pay money for Iranian oil?

⚡During Erdoğan's upcoming visit to Tehran, he will try to convince Iran's Supreme Leader to establish ties with the new Syrian government.

In exchange, Turkey would deploy radars inside Syrian territory that would allow Iran to detect Israeli attacks early. Such radars already existed, but were destroyed by Israel following the fall of Bashar Al-Assad.

Israel recently signed strategic cooperation agreements with Cyprus and Greece, two of Turkey's major enemies; Turkey increasingly sees this bloc as a future threat.
