What a joke.

There has not been a time in the last 20 years that the Nigerian economy has relied less on oil than now.

Our non-oil exports has reached record high, and the contribution of oil & gas to the external reserve has been less than 90% for several months. These days the naira doesn't even react to fall in crue oil price like in the past.

Why? Because under this government non-oil exports, including cocoa, fertiliser, Dangote refinery exports etc have exploded.

Since the President has not shown them any favouritism as they thought they would get under a Muslim Muslim ticket, they are suddenly economic critics. They think they can put the President under pressure.

But the President is not for turning. Christian o, Muslim o, traditional religion adherents o, the President treats everyone equally.
Na lie oil still remains major revenue source of income for Nigeria. Other sources talked are strangulating the mases.

Hehehe! First class accountancy graduate doing voodoo economics.
Can you just imagine, if a first class accountancy graduate found doing voodoo with economic, just predict and tell me what will a 3rd Class philosophy candidate graduate be found doing with economy? Sure, it will be far far worse! That is why you don't do trial and error with governance. Obi/Atiku will have no solution that is better than what Tinubu is doing now, so cooperate with Tinubu for one more term.

Toh

We are still waiting for the alternative solutions from the critics
don't mind them, because their errand boys aka the jihadists are the main causes of these national crisis, yet they vehemently refused to call their boys- the jihadists' terrorists to stop all these their needless killings of Nigerians, especially the farmers who used to ensure food security in the country .
now the jihadists have caused embarrassing human and food insecurities in the country, instead of them to talk to their jihadists' boys, they are busy blaming everybody else, except themselves.
if am T-pain, i will use this opportunity to give their jihadists' boys full-fledged woto-woto through this president trump's military interventions .

warns that without deliberate reforms and morally grounded leadership, sustainable development will remain elusive in Nigeria.

_ "Tinubu’s heavy reliance on oil and gas, which accounts for up to 90 per cent of foreign exchange earnings and about half of government revenue, has exposed the economy to volatility.

Yes, you resort to names calling when you are confronted with facts. Which governments since 1999 have had revenue from non- oil sector accruing dis high? Rational Nigerians are not swayed by your negative narratives against the government...

No one is arguing with you that oil and gas is not the major source of Nigeria's revenue. But the question is for the past sixteen years which government have had revenue accruing from non- oil sector dis high except dis government? Don't allow hatred and all kinds of negatives becloud your sense of judgement.

Revenue accruing from non oil sectors with positive or negative impact on micro and medium economic activities; with moderate increase or unbearable burden on the consumers?

Mumu man, hatred is imparting negatively on your rationality. The journey of a thousands miles begins with a step. Tinubu has taken an audacious step and the impact is being felt is Nigeria's economic variables. Next year can only be better if these reforms are sustained.
A typical Tinubumentalized like you is not difficult to identify, only impossible to diaginized.
Audacious steps of sinking the country in the pacific ocean of debt? What are your economic variables that were running with continuing loan upon loans that had surpassed 8yrs loan within two and half years? Statistics forgery that confused you will automatically convince you of Tax reform forgery of your masters.
