It was Nigeria that provided intelligence for the US strike in Nigeria. We spoke with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio twice[: once 19 minutes before the strike and another time 5 minutes before it went on. - Yusuf Tuggar, Minister of Foreign Affairs.Am sure the phone call went something like this: Nigeria GOV: Hello Senator Marco rubio sir, merry chri *gets interrupted* Rubio: What is it? Get straight to it. I am busy. Nigeria GOV: Sir, weve located a terrorist hideout in sokoto. Rubio: You mean bornu? Nigeria GOV: No, Sokoto sir? Rubio: Umm, Okay, so? Nigeria GOV: We want your government to help us sir. Rubio: Don't you guys have jets, like the one you used in Benin recently for macron? What do you need us for? ![]() Nigeria GOV: Sir our jets are currently undergoing maintenance, please help us bomb them sir. Rubio: Ughhh!!! Fine!!!! But next time any of you are invited for an interview don't you EVER say trash like this 👇 Understood? “Exogenous factors such as the breaking of the Libyan state, the killing of Gaddafi, the proliferation of weapons and fighters that have cascaded down to the northern fringes of Nigeria and beyond it, have affected the entire region. The failure of the EU Sahel strategy over the years.” - Nigeria’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Yusuf TuggarNigeria GOV: Sir am sorry, pierce morgan was really hitting *line cuts* |

pdppower:God bless you. Happy new year in advance. Am glad Nigeria still has smart people like you who know how to think and ask thought provoking questions. I thought all hope was lost with what I've been reading in this forum since morning with the mentality described below. America please come and take our resources oooo, we dont care as long as you kill the terrorists you created. We love you ![]() |

I'm also of the opinion that the strike(s)... Had no impact. Though from a different angle. Airstrikes alone is not enough and you can't take out those terrorists completely without ground troops to finish them off! |

I just hope the USA is not eventually ridiculed and disgraced at the end of the day . But the only good news and maybe advantage of this bombing is that it has shown that the us is capable of hitting anywhere in Nigeria if they want to . Maybe that will reset a lot of things |

Two things involved here 1 either this was a warning strike or mistaken coordinates. 2. There was a leak since Tinubu FG gave them permission to strike and leaked info to the terrorist or their enablers to flee that location immediately. Hence no casualties The latter is more likely |

The only mistake is that they worked with Nigerian army. The possibility that Nigerian government gave terrorists information to run away ahead of time is very high. |

Illiterate plenty like madooo in Naija. So, una think the US go just drop bombs without monitoring the areas for some days via Satelite. The US that monitored Iran's nuclear program facility, and saw how trucks were going in and out via the satellite would just drop bomb worth of thousands of dollars blindly. Make una go school, una go say na scam. Learn self study and concepts of research methodologies (not details but the concept), etc. The same Iran that quickly came out to tell the world that their facilities weren't touched but were full of regrets cos the blow was too much. Now. Can't you see the pattern? Na ISIS quickly dey feed the public nonsense that they weren't affected. Lol. More news to come. In coming days una go dey read how they have been damaged seriously. Just watch out. And all of you illiterates, shut the crap up!!!. Bendeco02:Thank you brother/sister. Na so the Islamic terrorists dwy behave. Dem go sell out news they weren't affected so that their members won't start panicking. They were blasted seriously. News go dey go out gradually. |

This is goodnews if you ask me. So, since the first one had no impact the US should rain 100 more. Definitely one or two will meet the target. |
