Different kings have tried to rebuild Babylon including Saddam Hussein but failed, even Alexander the great tried to rebuild it as a historical site but he died mysteriously all these happened because God said that nobody live in Babylon again from generation to generation

There is nothing to reconcile as free will means freedom to make your choices. And was Alexander given a choice? Yes. Therefore, he has exercised his freewill

How was he given a choice if outcomes were already predetermined? Infact not only him, nobody else was given a choice because everything affects everything else. Example, all it'd take was for his father to use his free will to decide not to sleep with his mother that day, and he wouldn't even be born!

Think it's best you state which religion you left to follow Jesus just incase.

Nontheless, Jesus is always the best option for any soul to follow, being the one and only way to the Father, God in heaven.

Did he not have a choice of either sitting back to managing the kingdom he inherited from his father or choosing to expand his domain to other lands?
He chose to conquer and trespass other people's lands.
So, he had choices.

You are confused! The God who is written to have made all of that happen was not and is not the Christian god. Recall that, what you know today as Christianity did not even become a thing until more than 70 years after the death of Jesus Christ of Israel, approximately 30 years before the Romans finally rid the nation of Judah of over half it's population of Jews, renaming it Palestine. Yes, the same Romans created the religion of Christianity to usurp for their political benefit the power they heard of a movement that was started in Judeah before its destruction. 🥱🥱🥱

So if he chose to stay in his mother's house and not even join the army how would the 300-year prophesy be fulfilled?
Not only that, did he make himself the kind of person he was. Not only that, any one person could have used their free will to thwart the prophesy. Example, any one of his generals could have assassinated him!
