In my opinion they are the best kitted and best armed military in Africa. Do you agree? I don't think there's anyone on the African continent more armed than the 🇧🇫 Burkina Faso Army. They're a proper modern army. Their kits and rifles are specially made in Russia. 70% of thier military equipment comes from Russia, the other 30% from China. When will the Nigerian army ever get to this level? Our soldiers are always dressed in rags, even the Presidential guards. It's sad. 29 Likes 3 Shares

I think you are very economical with the truth here. In all the countries of the world there's usually the elite soldiers. They're special forces and drawn from all the other parts of the forces, Navy, Army and the Air Force, and are kitted differently from the regular army. Bokina Faso is just a small country with a small army and fewer military hardware and cannot be compared to Nigeria in both size, hardware, kitts and professionalism. If not that the Nigerian military have been politized, radicalised, Islamisized, ethincized, and religionized, how dare you compare this people with Nigeria. 21 Likes |

I think these are the guys who guard their president. They are usually well kitted. Doubt that is the same for the other rank and file in the military. Simple google search will prove.
