The key is always excersice, do about 10,000 steps everyday , people should be walking and be careful what they eat! It's important and stop smoking

Your statement that fat people eat like pigs is disrespectful to a dead person it it also factually not true

People may be overweight for a large number of reasons that I don't have time to get into here

In those cases where diet is the issue it is not about eating like a pig in most cases but eating the wrong food usually carbohydrates in particular rice and bread as well as multiple sources of sugar.
But there are many cases where the diet is not exceptional and people are overweight

The engineering analogy is like an engine that has been ringed it loses efficiency and our bodies too can lose metabolic efficiency

Getting fat is very very easy but loosing it is a big problem. Better to just avoid getting very fat in the first place.

..high blood pressure, high cholesterol, too much eating of sugary food , oily foods and sugary drinks ,lead to diabetes, high blood pressure and heart attack
