Government sponsored thugs. I remember last year when people want to protest, drivers union thugs were hired with canes to disrupt d protest.
They were standing on guard with policemen at important areas of d city holding canes.

And Nigerian police dey der...

Nigeria politicians only practice democracy by mouth...so Nigerians have no right to peaceful protest as the constitution gives Nigerians the right to peaceful protest... autocratic government and dictatorship
