many are just hardened rooms in above-ground buildings that will be reduced to rubble by your standard ballistic missile
and since most male israelis are idf conscripts, they can use the israeli script against them
one of the casualties in that family that was wiped out was an idf reserve soldier
if the idf/mossad can kill scientists and whichever family members and strangers are in the immediate vicinity, then iran can repay the favor against weekend warriors and their families

that said, the 12d war was primarily about iran exhausting its target bank
so you had a few showings for public consumption like when that entire street was turned to gaza
but they mostly focused on strategic assets, both public and secret like the refinery, MoD building, weizmann, nevatim base and you best believe there were unreported casualties

the bunker-busting ballistic missile is specifically designed to give them freedom of action to take out any high value target anywhere in that cursed country regardless of where they hole up
it isn't being designed to kill as many civvies in underground shelters even though there could be one or two oopsies

ultimately, while the mullahs chant death to israel
the persians will grudgingly accept a palestine state and a pacifist israel that understands that any misbehavior will lead to harsh consequences
but the extremists currently in charge of israel do not want to grant palestine a state and certainly do not want to be told by foe or friend that they cannot kill with impunity and that they must abandon greater israel plans
that's the crux of this israel-iran conflict

No country in the world will tolerate attempting to assassinate it's leader. It's only Putin that tolerate this nonsense. But I think that's about to change
